How Prescriptions Work

Some medicines sold by Fatima Online Pharmacy are prescription-only. They are supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. This page explains how ordering them works.

1. Check whether a medicine needs a prescription

Prescription-only medicines are marked “Prescription medicine” on their product page. If you are not sure whether a product needs a prescription, contact us before ordering.

2. Add it to your cart

When your cart contains a prescription medicine, the cart and checkout pages show a notice listing those items.

3. Confirm at checkout

Before placing the order you must confirm that you have a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner for the prescription medicines in your order.

4. Prescription check before dispatch

We may ask you to share your prescription before your order is dispatched. Orders for prescription medicines awaiting verification may take longer to deliver than other orders.
