Wrong or damaged items

You can return an order free of charge if you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as you receive your order.

Other returns

Other returns are charged a set percentage of the order value.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. If you cancel before payment is processed, a fixed percentage fee is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded to your wallet.
